General Sales Conditions
Conditions:
We sell only new fully warranted merchandise to our customers. It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure products sold on our website are compatible with their system version.
Some of these products will require disassembly and reassembly of the products you own.
The customer is fully responsible for the use, misuse and implementation of any product ordered.
Please Note:
We are not responsible if any products sold on our website are blocked by firmware updates that the customer does to their consoles. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep informed on the potential impact these updates may have on any products purchased from us.
Cancellations:
We do accept cancellations on orders however; our orders are typically shipped same day in order to ensure quick delivery. Your cancellation request must be received before your order has been shipped otherwise we will not accept any cancellations.
Any order that is cancelled before shipping is subject to a processing fee to cover the credit card fee which we are not refunded.
Shipping:
Please note, delivery time maybe affected by Public Holiday's.For other destinations, please contact us regarding a more precise delivery time. For International/Worldwide Destination other than Europe - Please allow 10 working days for your order to arrive subject to payment clearance. Under normal circumstances your item will be dispatch within 24 hours. When the item has being sent, you will receive a confirmation email of your order status.
In order to provide customer with the cheapest combine postage, all shipping rates are calculated base on the total weight of orders including packaging. Shipping cost is not negotiable.Orders more than 50$ ship out by Expedited Shipping and tracking/insurance. AND ALWAYS SHIP TO ECPSS ADDRESS
Returns:
We do not accept returns because of the nature of the products. This is also to assure our customers that we only sell new merchandise.
If a product is defective, we will exchange it within a 30 days timeframe from when you receive your order. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back, however if the product is indeed found defective, we will ship it back to you at our cost. If the product is not found to be defective, there will be a shipping fee to send it back.
Refunds:
We do not provide refunds on any of our items however; any products that are returned and prove to be defected will be replaced immediately. Shipping costs are not refundable by any means.
Warranty:
We provide a 30 days warranty on all of our products. There will be no exceptions to this unless otherwise noted. We will be very strict on this 30 days warranty policy.
